Helping people every way I can

I love helping people and look for any way that I can help them. 

 Back in 2004 I donated my kidney to a friend who was ill.  Over the years I have also donated over 13 gallons of blood.  I guess it’s just my way of helping people.  We only live once and my body is mine so why not use it however I can to help others.

Fun and Active Lifestyle

I love sports of all kinds.  Luckily, I’m quite good at them too. ;-) Here I am with my baseball team, the Antioch Babe Ruth Rockies Seniors in 1997.  Running in the 2004 Curtis C. Menard Memorial Run in Wasilla.  The last picture is of me training for my 5K and 10K runs.
